New Download

I just added a new download for the client on Windows. It contains everything you need. Just unzip and click on RunClient.exe. Unfortunately, it is the most recent version of the client, and it seems to be incompatible with the version of MV3D server that is running on the MV3D alpha server. If anyone has their own server running, I'd appreciate it if you could download and give this a try. If it works, I'll do a release 0.32 client release this way. I could possibly also do the server like that, but it would be a bit of work to figure out how to make py2exe play nice with twistd.
