Where are the 0.3 binaries?

I've been having some issues making Python-Ogre and py2exe play nice. No matter what I do, it doesn't seem to be able to find the _ogre_.pyd file. I'm still working on it though, but currently trying to wage through the backlog of bugs I found recently.
