What would you like to see in the User Manual?

As part of the 0.60 release, I completed what I call the first draft of the User Manual. There's definitely a lot more information that could go in there. What would you like to see?

Also, I'm interested in thought on video tutorials or other alternate ways of showing how to do things in MV3D.
