The main push behind this milestone is tools and asset pipeline. RED, IGE, the web editor, and so forth will be worked on. By the end of the release, it should be possible to quickly import assets and add them to the world. Building out an area should be possible including terrain, vegetation, static objects, and the physics behind it. Indoor areas should be possible as well as outdoor. The contents of the world should be persistable in a format that can be put under a version control system (SVN, Perforce, etc).
