Make some handy factories and factory input components

There are some factories that should be created:

• PickOne
• PickMulti
• Chain - Line things up in a row on x, y, or z axis
• Grid - Line things up in a grid
• Circle - Line things up in a circle
• Square - Line things up in a square

And additions to components:

• Position should have a select button that does visual positioning
• Rotation should have a select button that does visual rotation
• AreaSelector - With visual pick by object button
• RealmSelector - With visual pick by object button
• ItemSelector - With visual pick button
