Problem

The PC Names aren't correct in the select PC dialog.

Solution

Added GetPCInfo to PlayerServer? and had the ConnectPC window call this for each PC before adding it into the listbox. Eventually, this should also include enough info to display the character on the screen. For now, it gives name, area name, and realm name.
