All text messages should be internationalized either through a lookup table or whatever.

Some thoughts.. There should be an Axiom store for this on the client and servers. The PlayerService should be able to look up any message id that isn't defined in the client's store. Unfortunately, this probably means a MV3D unique ID for each message.

Part of this ticket (or maybe as an additional ticket or two) should be to create a web interface for managing the Axiom store.

Maybe there should be one master database of them hosted by Mortal Coil Games that people can add to by specifically requesting it.
